The Cabinet, an iconic mezcal bar, has transformed into a Christmas-themed pop-up, decorated as outrageously as ever. Think Santa-hat seat backs, cocktails in thematic names (Christmapolitan and Jingle Balls Nog) and colors, hung holiday stockings, colorful string lights, and heat lamps to enjoy outdoors.  

Those mini lawns at Pier 17 transformed into tiny cabins for winter, with a European feel complete with lights, and prebooked drinks while one watches the river and glittering lights of the season. The amenities including virtual fireplaces, electric heating, and seasonal snacks and cocktails like the Alpine Negroni and Smoked Hot Toddy.

It's winter rooftop season going strong throughout New York! This Barbied-out après ski set up at the Moxy Time Square has neon pink log walls, faux pink taxidermy, and more ski themed items to change the official Christmas color from red to pink. Plus, there's hot pink cocoa to match!

The fun rooftop in the Lower East Side has a Veuve Clicquot après-ski lodge in the sky, decorated with purple deer heads, digital fireplaces and a life-size snow globe. For bites, there are seasonal cocktails, and fondues of cheese and chocolate.

Serra by Birreria is a seasonal rooftop restaurant at Eataly NYC Flatiron. Meaning “greenhouse” in Italian, it changes seasonally, offering a rustic menu reflective of the Italian countryside. This winter season, Serra Stellata - In the Woods embraces the forest with an open air rooftop throughout the winter season. The ambience is inspired by starry nights in the forest. Cocktails are inspired by the the nuances of smoke and the woodsy vibes of the season, including a double smoked negroni flight.

Bringing back the dinner and a movie date night is the outdoor plaza of the Standard Highline, converted into The Forest, a woodland-inspired pop-up, seasonal bites, and daily movie screenings of holiday favorites! With pine trees, outdoor heaters, lights, and movies, you can nibble on cheese fondue and hot cocktails with cocoa and mulled cider.
